my koikatsu install is a mess. custom cards everywhere, some work some don't, and the illusion engine chugs like it's personally offended by my graphics card. this my hero thing is just a card pack basically, a dating sim wrapper around the character models. midnight's card crashed twice before i got her to load properly, and when she did her hair was clipping through the school desk. still.

the mt lady scene. i keep thinking about it. her model is ridiculously proportioned, like the artist just grabbed the sliders and yanked them to maximum, and the reverse cowgirl animation is janky as hell, her spine bends in ways that would put a chiropractor's kids through college. but there's this one frame, right before the loop resets, where her expression flickers into something almost vulnerable. probably a bug. i screenshotted it anyway and now it's in my scrapbook folder between a vaporwave sunset and a picture of my dead cat. don't judge.

spent forty minutes trying to get the cheerleader outfit to load on ochako. it kept defaulting to the school uniform, that boring gray thing, and i almost gave up. then it worked for no reason and the paizuri scene started and honestly the physics were so bad i laughed. boobs moving like water balloons in zero g. but the sound design, or whatever passes for it, that wet rhythmic squelch, it got to me. you know? i forgot about the clipping hair and the broken textures. mirko's footjob scene has a similar thing going on, her toes are just. they're not toes. they're polygons pretending. but the way the camera frames it, looking up at her smug face, i didn't care. i really didn't.

the 69 with toga and camie is bugged, they keep phasing through each other like ghosts, and i still don't know how to unlock lady nagant. the whole thing is held together with tape and prayers. but i keep opening it. midnight's card crashed again yesterday and i just restarted without thinking. that's the review, i guess.

This one’s a Renpy mess in the best way. The art is that kind of AI CG where sometimes a hand has six fingers and other times Himiko Toga’s tits look like they’re trying to escape her chest in different directions. I don’t even care. The whole setup is Izuku never got One For All, instead some cold bastard mentor twists him into a guy who still wants to be a hero but has zero problem groping Ochako during combat training. There’s a scene early on where he corners Toru Hagakure and you can’t even see her but the dialogue goes fully degenerate, describing the wet sounds while the screen just shows a floating school uniform. Ridiculous.

Forgot to mention the actual gameplay. It’s mostly clicking through text but there’s these weird stat checks that pop up during fights. Like you’re supposed to be a calculating anti-hero but then Mina Ashido gives you a handjob in the support course lab while Mei Hatsume is literally in the same room tinkering and not noticing. That’s the kind of spatial awareness this parody has. Momo’s titfuck scene is locked behind some romance point system that never explains itself. I reloaded saves for twenty minutes.

The isekai tag is there but honestly it barely matters. You just wake up different and start putting your dick in everything. Tsuyu’s cunnilingus scene has her wrapped around Deku’s face while Bakugo is screaming in the background somewhere off screen. That contrast, the angry explosions while the protagonist is eating out a frog girl, that’s peak fiction. The footjob with Jirou was weirdly tender though. Didn’t expect that.

Dare to play it alone, or invite company?

The first thing that hits you is the rendering. It's that specific kind of 3DCG where Midnight's hero costume looks like it's made of polished rubber and her proportions are dialed past eleven. It's not trying to be subtle. The animation loops are stiff, like a posable figure being clicked from one pose to the next, which somehow makes the whole thing dirtier. There's a scene early on with Toru Hagakure where you only see floating gloves and a school skirt, and the game treats this invisible girl with this weird reverence, the camera lingering on the empty space where her body should be. It's a strange, effective trick that the rest of the game's clunky dialogue doesn't earn.

I got stuck in a loop trying to trigger Kyoka Jiro's path. The point and click logic is less about puzzle solving and more about pixel hunting on her earphone jacks. I don't know why I fixated on that. The male protagonist is a blank slate, a self-insert who mumbles about becoming a hero while clearly being there to trip into every possible compromising situation with the 1-A girls. The writing is what you'd expect from a parody, all the characters reduced to a single trait. Ochaco is just bubbly and helpful to a fault, which the game exploits in a scene involving a zero-gravity mishap in the locker room that defies all physics except the physics of convenience.

Itsuka Kendo gets a surprisingly long segment in the training grounds. Her model is less exaggerated than the others, more athletic, and the scene focuses on hand to hand combat that slowly loses any pretense of being a fight. The animation glitches out here, her giant fists clipping through the protagonist's model, but the sound design, just heavy breathing and the rustle of a gi, does more work than the visuals. It's a moment where the lack of polish creates an accidental intimacy. The whole thing feels like a corrupted save file of a better game, and I can't stop clicking through it. The school setting is just a series of static backgrounds, but the way the corridors are always empty makes the whole UA feel like a liminal space designed only for these encounters.

Izuku stuck in the bargain bin of hero schools already feels like some old shounen spin-off idea, but here it is, horny and kind of proud of it. Instead of the shiny U.A. life, you get this low-tier academy where everyone is trying to act like future heroes while also being extremely horny, extremely messy, and way too close in the dorms. Childhood friends dynamic hits right away: that awkward stage where you know exactly how someone looks naked in your imagination, but you still pretend you are “just friends who share dreams.” The game leans on that. You pick choices that look innocent, then suddenly Mina is pressing you against a locker, giggling, and asking if your “quirk” reacts to stress while her hand is already testing the theory through your pants. It feels like fanfic you read on AO3 on a bad day, but with actual branching routes and more explicit details than they could ever post there without getting banned.

What I liked is how it twists familiar faces into something filthier without losing all the charm. Tsuyu is still quiet and a bit shy, but here she is not some pure frog girl idol. She gets curious. She tilts her head, stares at your crotch, and asks straight if your stamina matches your training record. There is this scene where she offers to “help you relax” by the pool after class and the text really goes into describing her tongue as it lazily circles the tip, then speeds up, then slows again, like teasing is her real power. Already seen a hundred blowjob descriptions in porn games, yet this one actually made me pause my Spotify on my phone so I could focus. Then there is Toru. Honestly, invisible girl sex scenes are always hit or miss, but here they use the idea nicely: clothes floating to the floor, wet sounds in an empty classroom, desks moving, you seeing nothing but somehow feeling way more watched. You get these lines like “You feel fingers trace your chest, then lower, but the only thing you see is the bulge in your pants twitching” and it hits that invisible fetish in a surprisingly pervy way.

Not everything is perfect, obviously. Some lines sound like they were written by two different people and stitched together at 3% brain battery. You get this really hot buildup with Fumikage’s dark, broody energy, him pinning you in the moonlit hallway, Dark Shadow curling around both of you in a very not-safe-for-hero-course way, and then suddenly the narration uses a weird word like “unctuous” for pre-cum and my whole boner just laughed. Also, Inko shows up in this timeline and they go full “thicc lonely mom who worries way too much and touches your arm too long” route. One evening in her small apartment, the game makes you decide if you stay on the couch with her, and if you say yes, she leans in, her tits pressed against your arm, asking if the academy is really that stressful and if “mommy can make things easier.” The description of her nipples poking through the thin home shirt is actually better written than half the main route, which is weird and also kind of hot. But then a random line break appears in the middle of a sentence and I kept thinking about that instead of her hand slipping under the blanket. Minor thing, but it sticks. Still, when Mina drags you to the rooftop, wind blowing, her skirt barely staying down, then just says “fuck the rankings, fuck the rules, fuck me,” and climbs on your lap, riding you while you try not to scream loud enough for the whole cheap academy to hear, the game suddenly feels very sure of itself. Then it goes back to awkward dialogue again. Then it gets hot. Then weird. Then hot. Which, honestly, fits this sort of parody vibe way too well.
