Okay so the opening scene. You wake up after dying basically. Some weird black goo parasite thing saved you, it's inside you now. The first thing you see is this elf healer lady, and the game immediately lets you be a total creep. You can peek at her changing. Right there, minute one. It sets the tone perfectly. This isn't a noble hero story, it's about a guy with a monster inside him and the game asking "so how much of a bastard do you want to be?" I appreciate that honesty. No fake moralizing.

The combat is turn based but honestly I just click through it to get to the sandbox parts. You wander around this city, Alderay, and it's dense with NPCs. There's this one milf, a general's wife I think, and the whole netori thing with her is slow and actually kind of tense. You have to use the parasite powers to influence people, which is a mechanic I forgot to mention. It's like a corruption skill check. You can make a guard forget he saw you, or make a merchant give you a discount. Or make a barmaid more... agreeable. The game tracks your corruption level but I'm not sure it actually matters yet. Maybe it does later. The animations are 2D, a bit stiff sometimes, but the scenes themselves are filthy in the best way. There's a threesome with a futa character and a milf that involves lactation and tentacles and I just sat there thinking, yep, this is exactly what I downloaded this for. The futa content isn't just a checkbox, it's integrated into a character with a real role in the story, which is rare.

The strategy tag is a lie though. There's no grand army management. You just move around a map and fight. I spent way too long trying to figure out the crafting system for potions, only to realize you can just buy them. Why is it even there? The pregnancy content is also mostly text based, a little notification, not a visual change, which felt cheap after all the buildup. But then you get a scene with a gilf alchemist who's into some heavy BDSM roleplay and you forget all about it. The game is a mess of ideas, some half baked, some incredibly specific and hot. It's like the dev just threw every fetish they had into a dark fantasy blender. I'm not complaining.

The sandbox loop here is basically muscle memory at this point if you played the first ones. Wake up, check the phone, go bother someone. But then this futa being shows up and the whole "pass and collect" routine gets weird. Like, reality bending weird. Not complaining though because the scenes with her and the milf character, holy shit. The thighjob animation where the physics go slightly haywire for a split second, you know the one, it's so janky it circles back to being perfect. Localization wise, some dialogue boxes feel like they were run through a translator from 2005. "A being has crossed your path" is technically correct but nobody talks like that. It adds to the charm I guess.

The pregnancy stuff is a slow burn. You're mostly grinding through handjob and titfuck scenes to unlock the next story beat with the "5 Powers" plotline. And there's this one gilf character who teases you forever before anything happens. The groping mechanics during the sandbox segments are basically just clicking highlighted body parts until the meter fills. It's simple but the 3dcg models have this uncanny smoothness to them. Big ass, bigger tits, you get the picture. The oral sex scenes have this weird audio glitch where the sound cuts out for half a second. Happens every time. I started anticipating it like a beat drop.

The threesome unlock near the midpoint is worth the grind though. Creampie finish with both characters, the animation loops a bit too long but the facial expressions actually sell it. For a mobile game port, the touch controls are surprisingly not garbage. Just don't expect the story to make sense if you haven't played The Caretaker. They just assume you know who everyone is and honestly I forgot half the lore anyway. The futa scenes are the highlight, everything else is just filling the collection.

So
