The sandbox loop here is basically muscle memory at this point if you played the first ones. Wake up, check the phone, go bother someone. But then this futa being shows up and the whole "pass and collect" routine gets weird. Like, reality bending weird. Not complaining though because the scenes with her and the milf character, holy shit. The thighjob animation where the physics go slightly haywire for a split second, you know the one, it's so janky it circles back to being perfect. Localization wise, some dialogue boxes feel like they were run through a translator from 2005. "A being has crossed your path" is technically correct but nobody talks like that. It adds to the charm I guess.

The pregnancy stuff is a slow burn. You're mostly grinding through handjob and titfuck scenes to unlock the next story beat with the "5 Powers" plotline. And there's this one gilf character who teases you forever before anything happens. The groping mechanics during the sandbox segments are basically just clicking highlighted body parts until the meter fills. It's simple but the 3dcg models have this uncanny smoothness to them. Big ass, bigger tits, you get the picture. The oral sex scenes have this weird audio glitch where the sound cuts out for half a second. Happens every time. I started anticipating it like a beat drop.

The threesome unlock near the midpoint is worth the grind though. Creampie finish with both characters, the animation loops a bit too long but the facial expressions actually sell it. For a mobile game port, the touch controls are surprisingly not garbage. Just don't expect the story to make sense if you haven't played The Caretaker. They just assume you know who everyone is and honestly I forgot half the lore anyway. The futa scenes are the highlight, everything else is just filling the collection.
