You know what's funny about "When You Will Do Anything For Love"? The title's a lie. It should be "When You Will Do Anything For Pussy" but I guess that doesn't have the same ring. This is one of those kinetic novels where you just click and read, no choices, no branching paths, just straight up visual storytelling with some absolutely ridiculous scenarios.
The protagonist is supposedly doing all this wild shit for love but let's be real, the harem of women with massive assets isn't exactly subtle about what's actually motivating him. The 3DCG models are... a choice. Some angles make the women look like they were sculpted by someone who's only seen humans described through text messages. But then there's this one scene where the lighting hits just right during a teasing moment and suddenly I'm like okay, I get it, I understand why people put up with janky models. The voyeurism stuff caught me off guard, there's a sequence where you're watching from outside a room and the framing is actually clever, makes you feel like a proper creep which I guess is the point.
The oral scenes have this weird thing where the sound effects are way too wet. Like someone recorded themselves eating soup and just cranked the gain. I couldn't stop thinking about it. The creampie scenes are abundant, almost comically so, like the developer had a quota to hit. What bothers me is the masturbation animations, they loop in this uncanny way where the rhythm never changes, just the same motion over and over until you start counting the cycles. I counted seventeen once before I realized what I was doing.
The big ass physics are inconsistent. Sometimes they jiggle like water balloons, other times they're stiff as concrete. Pick a lane. The vaginal sex scenes have this one position that repeats across three different characters with barely any variation, just palette swapped women. For a game about doing anything for love, there's surprisingly little actual romance, just a lot of fucking with the word "love" thrown in occasionally like a seasoning that doesn't belong. Still clicked through the whole thing though so what does that say about me.
