Started seeing the tiny hesitation in her hand movement, the way she'd slow down just slightly when passing the correct shell. Made me think of that episode of Lupin III where Fujiko hustles everyone at the casino. Same energy.

What I didn't expect was how much I'd care about the ball. It's just a red dot under a digital cup but when you lose a bet, that sinking feeling, it's real. And when you win? The clip that plays isn't just some throwaway five second loop. The model actually does this thing with her eyes. Direct to camera. Like she knows you won fair and square. Made me forget I was playing a browser game. Wish there was more variety in the cups though. Three identical shells gets old. Maybe a fourth one? Probably won't happen. Anyway. The money system is weirdly addictive, you end up hoarding coins like a dragon, not wanting to spend them even though that's the whole point. Classic loss aversion.
