Right out the gate, this thing feels like a half-remembered dream where the animation budget ran out but nobody told the voice actors. The "deliberately unpolished" bit isn't a joke, the sprites sometimes slide around like they're on butter, and a door slam sound effect played three seconds late and I just sat there nodding like yeah, that tracks.

The whole setup is two roommates fumbling through a BDSM-lite awakening, and the female domination angle sneaks up on you. One minute you're picking out curtains, the next she's got a riding crop and a look that says "you left dishes in the sink." The spanking scenes have this weirdly satisfying rhythm to them, almost like a metronome, and the exhibitionism stuff at the house party felt genuinely risky in a way most polished games sanitize. There's a voyeurism segment where you just watch through a cracked door and the game lets that silence hang for an uncomfortably long beat, which I respect. The oral sex animations are janky but somehow hotter for it, like a flipbook drawn by someone who really, really cared about the subject matter.

The graphic violence tag though. That one caught me off guard. It's not a constant thing, more like a sudden elbow to the ribs during what you thought was a rom-com. One moment you're giggling at a handjob tutorial that plays out like a cooking show, the next there's a scene that made me alt-tab just to check my surroundings. The romance tries to patch things up afterwards with some genuinely sweet dialogue, but the tonal whiplash is real. The mobile game roots show in the simple tap-through menus, and the kinetic novel structure means you're along for the ride whether you like the detours or not. The humor lands more often than it should, especially a running gag about a stolen vibrator that pays off in the dumbest way possible. Don't expect your choices to matter much, but do expect to feel a little weird about how much you're enjoying the messy parts.
