Catie Minx, right. The name alone brings back that specific era of internet, when a jigsaw puzzle could be a whole evening's entertainment and the payoff was a pair of tits. This game knows exactly what it is. You get two modes, normal pictures and then the real 3d ones, the kind that need those red and blue glasses you probably lost in a drawer in 2011. I did not have the glasses. So I spent twenty minutes squinting at a blurry mess of Catie's torso, moving pieces around by feel, like some kind of perverted braille. The puzzle mechanic itself is nothing special, drag and drop, the pieces snap with a little click. But the striptease angle, that's the hook. Each completed section reveals more of her, and the real model tag is doing a lot of work here. She's not some airbrushed fantasy, she's got that slightly awkward, real person energy that makes it feel more like spying than playing.
The anaglyph 3d thing is a gimmick, obviously. But it's a gimmick I respect. It's so aggressively low tech, so committed to a specific moment in time. Like finding a VHS tape under your uncle's bed. The game doesn't care about modern polish. The interface is clunky, the image quality is what it is, and honestly, the whole thing feels like it was coded in an afternoon by someone who really, really wanted to see Catie Minx in 3d. And you know what? Fair enough. I wish the pieces were a bit smaller, more of them, to drag out the anticipation. But they won't be. It's a quick hit, a nostalgia bomb for a very specific kind of degenerate. The humor is accidental, the eroticism is direct. You're not here for the story. There is no story. Just Catie, in pieces, waiting.
