the whirring is wrong. it's a constant loop, maybe 4 seconds, and it has this weird metallic sc*** at the tail end that sounds nothing like a helicopter. more like a fork dragged across a sink. i spent the first two minutes just hovering in place, tilting the phone, trying to isolate that one frequency. my neighbors probably think i'm losing it. the game is called pussy copter, which is already a choice, and you're navigating a top down maze with a tiny spinning chopper. the goal is to reach a client who is, and i quote, jerking off. the sound design for the client is just a stock wet slapping noise on loop. no variation, no buildup. just slap slap slap slap. it's so aggressively consistent it loops back around to being funny.
the model is a real brunette, pov style, and she strips as you complete levels. the logic part is the maze itself, tight corridors where one twitchy thumb sends your rotor blades into a wall. the crash sound is a pathetic little thud. no explosion, no sparks. just a thud and then silence. the silence is actually the best part. the sudden absence of that terrible rotor loop feels like a reward. the stripping animations are choppy, like a gif from 2004, and the model has this dead eyed stare that makes the whole thing feel like a hostage situation. there's a specific moment in level 3 where you clip through a corner of the maze geometry and the helicopter just vibrates violently. the sound bugs out, that sc*** gets stuck, and it's just eeeeeee for a solid second. i replayed the level just to trigger it again.
wish the maze had any ambient noise at all. just city sounds, a distant siren, anything to ground the absurdity. but it's just the rotor, the slapping, and the occasional thud. the arcade tag is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. it's a maze with a striptease reward loop that feels less erotic and more like a weirdly specific fetish about helicopters and poor audio engineering. the logic of the labyrinth is simple but the controls are so floaty you'll fail anyway.
