The fluid physics are a mess, honestly, but the sheer audacity of the impregnation dialogue with Caulifla and Kale, the way they talk about Saiyan biology, it's so wrong it circles back to being hot.

Then there's the whole female domination path with Carmilla from Castlevania. Didn't expect that to hit. The 3DCG models range from passable to nightmare fuel, but the lighting in the Heles scene is actually decent, soft shadows that hide the worst of the polygon edges. The pov tag is consistent, you never see the protagonist, just hands sometimes, and it makes the creampie shots feel more personal, more invasive. The impregnation dialogue is always the same, a generic line about "filling you up" that gets repeated across characters, lazy. The oral sex scenes all use the same basic head bobbing animation, just with different character models swapped in, so once you've seen Chun Li do it, you've seen Mina Ashido do it.
