And she notices. The dialogue shifts if you're reluctant. Most games in this space would just play the animation and move on. Here, the scene becomes about whether you're getting hard from this or feeling sick. Both options are valid. Both lead somewhere uncomfortable.

The whole setup is a mess of bad decisions that feel weirdly earned. Your childhood friend drags you into this high-end brothel competition where three women are basically destroying themselves for a prize. You're supposed to be a pre-med student. The disconnect between your character's supposed life and what you're actually doing at 2 AM in the Carnation Club is never really addressed, which somehow makes it more honest. The game doesn't pretend you're a good person. The BDSM stuff isn't sanitized. When Kathleen, the older one, gets you alone with those toys, the power dynamic isn't playful. It's calculated. She's been doing this longer than you've been alive and the writing lets her be genuinely cruel in ways that made me alt-tab to check if my door was locked.

The exhibitionism scenes feel almost like an afterthought but that's what makes them work. You'll be deep in some twisted club politics and suddenly there's a public humiliation setpiece that the game treats with the same narrative weight as the romance beats. And there are romance beats. Actual ones. With feelings. Which is confusing because five minutes ago you were doing things that would get you banned from most Discord servers. The game never resolves this tension. It just lets you sit in it.
