The fox girl's tail twitches when she lies. I spent maybe twenty minutes just watching that, completely ignoring whatever Nikki was saying about her big audition. The AI art has this weird glossy sheen, like someone rubbed vaseline on every surface, but the tails? The tails got actual attention. They flick and curl and droop depending on the scene. Mini's ears do this little flattening thing when she's embarrassed that I've never seen in any other VN. It's such a small detail to get obsessed over but here we are.

The setup is basic enough. Your girlfriend and her best friend both want to be idols or streamers or something. You're the supportive boyfriend who works late and misses phone calls and apparently doesn't notice when both women start wearing progressively less clothing in their social media posts. The game doesn't let you do anything about it. That's the whole point. You click, you read, you watch things fall apart. The protagonist's obliviousness stops being relatable around the third scene where Nikki comes home with her shirt on inside out and he's just like "rough dance practice huh?" My brother in christ.

The masturbation scenes caught me off guard. Not because they're particularly explicit, though they are, but because of the voyeur framing. You're watching through phone screens, through cracked doors, through the lens of someone's stream chat. There's this one moment where Mini is reading thirsty comments on her livestream and her hand just... drifts. And you're watching her watch herself being watched. The corruption arc moves fast after that. Too fast maybe. The cheating escalation goes from zero to full NTR in what feels like a weekend. The kinetic novel format means you're strapped in for the ride whether you like the destination or not. Which I guess is thematically appropriate but still left me clicking through the last few scenes just to see if the fox girl's tail would do anything interesting. It did.
