You know that feeling when a game's jank actually makes it hotter? The 3DCG here has that slightly off, uncanny valley thing going on, like a sex doll come to life in a dim apartment. Picking the most pathetic response unlocks the best POV shots where you're literally looking up at her from the floor while she discusses your performance with her new girlfriend. The lesbian content is mostly for her, not you, and that's the point.
