Always feels a bit weird reviewing something that wears its jank like a badge of honor, right? The rendering pipeline here is a complete afterthought. We're talking about Mai, from KOF obviously, rendered with all the care of a bootleg action figure. Her boobs have their own physics system that seems to run on a different clock speed than the rest of the scene, jiggling with a delayed, almost confused momentum. The latex outfit, which should be a fun texture to play with, just looks like shiny plastic wrap stretched over a couple of overinflated beach balls. I spent way too long just zooming in on a seam where the texture mapping on her thigh warps in a way that makes no anatomical sense, like the UVs were unwrapped by someone in a hurry. It's a parody, sure, but the engine seems to be fighting itself just to keep the doggystyle animation from clipping her spine through her stomach.
The whole thing runs in a browser, which you'd think would be fine for a simple loop, but no. The control buttons for switching positions and speed feel like they're sending requests to a server on the moon. You click for the anal scene and there's this half second stutter where the entire model resets to a T-pose before snapping into place, which is jarring enough to kill any mood a less determined enthusiast might have built up. The sound design is what really gets me, though. It's a three second loop of wet slaps that doesn't even try to sync with the thrusting animation, which itself has exactly two speeds: lazy Sunday and industrial jackhammer. There's no build up, no variation, just a looping audio file that starts to sound like a dripping faucet after a minute. For a game about a sporty girl from a fighting dojo getting fucked from behind, it's weirdly static. You'd expect some of that athleticism to translate, maybe a position where she uses those fighter's thighs for something other than just being there. But no, it's just the one core loop, and the promise of 'many ways' really just means the same animation from a slightly different camera angle that clips through the floor if you're not careful.
