The blonde one keeps doing this thing where she leans over to check your charts but her tits basically suffocate you every time. Real subtle. The other nurse, dark hair, kind of gives you this smirk like she knows the whole accident was worth it just to get you in that bed. The game doesn't bother with foreplay, just cuts straight to action. You poke around clicking different body parts, and things escalate fast.
