The therapist asks them to describe their last intimate moment and the silence that follows is louder than any moan in the first game.

And then you’re home, and Eva’s bent over the kitchen counter, and suddenly you remember this is a game about cheating and swinging and all that messy shit. The animation’s janky in places, her hand clips through the countertop during the handjob scene, but honestly who cares when the voice acting sells the desperation that hard. She’s talking about how lonely she’s been while your character’s been playing big shot department head. The way she says “I need you to see me” while stroking you off, it’s almost too real. Almost makes you forget that in the first game she was getting railed by half the hospital staff while you were none the wiser.

The M.S.C. program subplot is back, that weird patient service thing that’s definitely just an excuse for netorare shenanigans. It’s been quiet, the description says, but you know it’s coming. Like a sneeze that won’t quite happen. Karin’s still studying, still wearing those nurse scrubs that somehow accentuate everything, and there’s this one scene where she’s helping Lana with coursework and the camera just lingers on her ass for an uncomfortable amount of time. Not complaining. Just observing.

Wish the therapist character was romanceable. She’s got this stern vibe, glasses, probably a freak in private. But no, you’re stuck navigating your crumbling marriage while the game keeps throwing big tits and bigger moral dilemmas at you. The incest tag is there if you squint, step-something dynamics with Karin that the game dances around without ever fully committing. Coward move, honestly. Either go full degenerate or don’t bother.

The emotional whiplash is something else. One minute you’re having a genuinely touching conversation about work-life balance, the next Eva’s getting plowed by some guy from accounting while you watch through a conveniently placed mirror. The 3DCG models have that slightly plastic look, skin too smooth, but the expressions during the swinging scenes are spot on. That mix of arousal and guilt and something darker. Your character’s face during the netorare moments is just chef’s kiss, this blank stare that says “I’ve made terrible choices and I’ll make them again.”
