The first time Lussuria Academy's gates creaked open for my sorry human ass, I figured it was a prank. Some furry fever dream where I'd be the class pet. Instead I'm in a dorm with a wolf girl who smells like cinnamon and bad decisions, and honestly? The unpolished edges here, the weird little pauses between dialogue lines, make it feel more real. Like the game itself is nervous about what comes next.
Spent most of my first night trying to get Professor Vex's tail to stop twitching every time I answered a question right. She's this fox, teaches arcane theory or whatever, wears glasses that fog up when she's flustered. The art isn't some slick triple-A thing, it's got this rough sketch quality, lines that don't always meet, but when her blouse started coming undone during a private tutoring session I stopped caring about polish. The sex scenes are messy in a good way, all breathless dialogue and anatomy that prioritizes enthusiasm over accuracy. There's this one bunny student, Mira, who keeps leaving notes in my locker, and I completely misread the first two as threats when they were invitations. Classic me.
The magic system is there I guess, you click things and sparkles happen, but who gives a shit when the headmistress is sending you letters signed with a lipstick kiss. What sticks with me isn't the plot about human-anthro relations or whatever noble experiment they're running. It's the quiet moments. The cat girl in the library who pretends to ignore you. The way choices actually lock you out of relationships, no take-backs. I wanted to romance the shy deer girl but she stopped talking to me after I flirted with her roommate. Didn't even know they were roommates. The game doesn't warn you, just lets you fuck up. Respect that. Wish the sound effects weren't so stock though, the same wet noise plays for everything and it's distracting.
