The diagnosis screen is just a joke, right? "Strange disease" and the cure is... well. Alicia's got that classic hentai-logic sex addiction and you're the very serious doctor in a very serious white coat. Except the coat comes off in about three clicks. The whole setup feels like someone watched too much medical drama but only remembered the scenes with the nurses.
Nurse Joy. They actually named her Nurse Joy. Not even trying to hide the Pokemon reference, and honestly I respect that. She's got that pink hair and the bored expression of someone who's seen too many "patients" come through. The brunette doctor girlfriend tag confused me at first, like is she your girlfriend or just a colleague? The game doesn't really care about backstory and neither should you. What matters is the threesome button appears way too fast. No buildup, no tension, just "ask your nurse to join" and suddenly everyone's naked. The 3d models are... functional. Alicia's face does this weird thing during certain animations where she looks more confused than aroused, like she forgot why she's there. Nurse Joy's uniform clipping through her body during the transition scenes made me laugh out loud. Not the intended reaction probably.
The uniform stays on longer than expected though. That's something. Most games like this strip everyone immediately but here you get a good few minutes of that medical roleplay before everything falls apart. The lesbian tag is doing heavy lifting since Alicia and Nurse Joy seem way more into each other than either of them is into the doctor character. You're basically a spectator with a medical degree. Which, honestly, works for the fantasy. The sound design is just stock moans layered over each other like a bad remix. I kept thinking about how actual hospitals have those squeaky floors and beeping machines and none of that is here. Missed opportunity for atmosphere. The whole thing runs in browser which explains the jank but doesn't excuse the camera angles that sometimes put you inside a character model's shoulder. That's not a kink, that's a bug.
