I booted this up expecting some basic kidnap fantasy, you know the drill. But then the empress with the ridiculous chest, like physics defying orbs, just backhands my sensei into a portal. No warning. I actually laughed out loud, then felt kinda bad because the sensei was cool. The whole thing runs on this janky 3DCG engine where the skin textures look a bit like polished plastic, which somehow makes the domination scenes hit different. Less uncanny, more like a very specific, very horny action figure come to life.
Spent way too long in the swamp zone trying to grind levels, only to realize the real "adventure" is just picking which domineering woman gets to step on you next. The visual novel bits are straightforward, almost too straightforward, until a CG scene pops and the female domination tag goes from subtext to just text. Full screen, no subtlety. There's this one scene with a dark elf that has no business being as detailed as it is, given how the rest of the game looks like it was rendered on a calculator from 2009. The contrast is jarring. I kept playing just to see if the next zone would deliver another absurdly high quality image in the middle of a perfectly average fantasy map.
The male protagonist is a total blank slate, which normally bugs me, but here it works because the women have so much personality. They don't need him to be interesting. They just need him to be there. And lose. A lot. The rescue plot is basically a thin excuse to get tossed around by big tits and bad attitudes. I forgot about the sensei for a solid hour while trying to beat a lava level. When I remembered her, I felt a genuine pang of guilt, then immediately got distracted by a new empress with a whip. The game knows what it is. I just wish the inventory system wasn't such a mess. Why are there so many useless herbs?
