Right, so the therapist's office again. Natalia. Fourth visit. The guy's posture in the waiting animation is a disaster, shoulders up by his ears like he's expecting a tax audit, not a chat about his dick. The sprite work is deliberately rough, almost like a Newgrounds flashback, but someone on the team actually studied body language. When she uncrosses her legs, the pivot isn't a smooth glide, it's a real weight shift. You can almost hear the leather creak. The whole thing feels like a bootleg VHS you found under a bed, which I guess is the point.

The plot this time is Jim recounting his neighbor's invitation. A classic "she needed help with a shelf" scenario that escalated. The dialogue choices are blunt instruments. You can have Jim describe the event like a police report or a bad porno script, no middle ground. I spent way too long fixated on Natalia's idle animation. She does this thing with her pen, a little tap against her notepad, that's perfectly impatient. It's a tiny loop, maybe four frames, but it tells you more about her character than the actual text. The real model photos they use for the explicit bits clash horribly with the drawn sprites, a jarring cut from cartoon to a glamour shoot that feels like a fever dream.

The strip mechanic is tied to the therapy talk, which is a flimsy excuse but a functional one. You fumble through his story, she asks increasingly personal questions, and layers come off. It's not a puzzle, more like a guided confession. The "quest" tag is generous, it's just clicking through dialogue trees until a bra disappears. I wish the neighbor's photo set had better lighting, the shadows are all wrong on her left side and it bugged me more than it should. The whole thing is a weird, unpolished artifact. The sex therapist concept is hot, the execution is a mess, and that pen tapping is going to live in my head rent free.

Natalia’s office has this weird sterile vibe, like a doctor’s waiting room but with a leather couch that’s seen things. The second session with Jim picks up right in the middle of his so called recovery, and honestly the whole premise of confessing to beat a sex addiction feels like a setup for something else entirely. The real human model they got for Natalia, she has this way of tilting her head when she asks a question that makes you forget you’re supposed to be answering truthfully. Or at all.

The quest structure is basically her peeling layers off Jim’s psyche, except every confession leads to a video clip that’s less the*** and more... instructional. There’s this one moment where she asks about his first time and the game just sits there, waiting, while the video loops a closeup of her lips parting slightly. I spent way too long on that screen. The fucktoy tag makes sense once you realize Jim’s not really the one in control here, even when the big cock tag suggests otherwise. It’s like the therapy is just foreplay with extra steps.

Wish the model’s expressions changed more during the explicit bits. She has this almost bored look sometimes that kills the immersion, but then she’ll suddenly lock eyes with the camera and it’s game over. The video quality is decent, not amazing, but the way they filmed certain angles... let’s just say the sex therapist fantasy gets fully explored. Jim’s supposed to be freeing himself but every choice pushes him deeper, and the game knows it. That contradiction is the whole point, I think. Or maybe I’m overanalyzing a game where the main mechanic is getting hard while a fake doctor judges you.

the whole thing is just a video, i dont know what i expected. you pick between going to work or calling your ex back and then theres this sex therapist natalia who pops up like a horny fairy godmother. her tits are right there the whole time. the model is some brunette with that look like shes reading her lines off camera just slightly, you know the one.

the sex therapist angle is weird because shes not really doing therapy. she just wants to see if jims big cock is gonna get used. and it does. theres one bit where shes explaining something about sexual tension but honestly i wasnt listening, shes got her legs crossed and keeps uncrossing them and the camera guy really wants you to notice. the erotic part is fine i guess, standard stuff, but then suddenly shes talking about his ex like shes gonna join and it never happens. why set that up. its like the game forgot its own premise halfway through and just said fuck it heres a blowjob scene.

the choices dont matter much. i tried both paths and the work one is boring, you just get a phone call anyway. the ex lover calls for a quickie and jim is supposed to be writing some memo for his boss, who cares. the conflict is fake. but the video quest tag makes sense because its literally just clicking and watching, no real gameplay. i wish the therapist character had more to do than narrate jims dick like a sports commentator. maybe thats the point. maybe im overthinking a porn game about a guy who cant decide if he wants to fuck his ex or do paperwork. the brunette model does this thing with her mouth when she says "afternoon quickie" that i keep thinking about though.

Jim’s life with his stunning wife Abi is far from simple. Abi’s beauty captures every eye, yet beneath that perfect surface hides a problem.

The real trouble starts when doubts creep in, pulling Jim into a whirlwind of temptation and suspicion. Enter Natalia, the sultry sex therapist who knows how to get under your skin.

She’s not only an expert in fixing fractured relationships, but a living fantasy – a real model of temptation. But this game isn’t about adding names to a growing list of conquests.

Your mission is raw and clear – wrestle back control over your crumbling marriage before it's too late. Every step leads deeper into an erotic video quest where choices matter, where temptation tests your resolve.

Will you tame the cheating problem or succumb to the thrill of forbidden pleasures?. It all depends on you – your moves, your choices, your darkest drives.

This isn’t just another erotic tale – it’s a brutal, intimate exploration of trust, lust, and human frailty in the glow of passion.

Ready to see how deep the rabbit hole goes?

This game is like finding a half eaten sandwich in the fridge. You know someone made it, you can see the ingredients, but the whole experience feels slightly off, like the bread is a bit stale but the filling is still doing something for you. The real model thing, the blonde Natalia, she looks directly at the camera with this expression that’s part sex therapist, part hungry predator. It’s uncanny and that’s the whole pull. The video clips are grainy, the audio peaks when she whispers something filthy about what Jim’s wife confessed, and I’m here for it.

I spent actual money on the choice path where you lean into the boss harassment fantasy, thinking it would unlock some hardcore power dynamic scene. Instead, I got a looping clip of her adjusting her blouse and a text box saying “You feel a rush of forbidden excitement.” My brother in Christ, I did not drop premium currency for a text description of a feeling. I wanted to see the consequence of unfaithfulness, not read a fortune cookie about it. The sex games the couple plays are mostly told through these stiff dialogue trees where you pick an option and the model just stares at you, waiting. It’s jarring. You’re trying to get off and she’s got the dead eyed patience of a cat watching a laser pointer.

And yet. The part where Natalia describes her lesbian fantasies while doing this slow, deliberate thing with her tongue over her teeth, that rewired something in my brain. The game knows its one trick is this specific brand of unpolished eroticism. It’s not a bug, it’s the entire feature. I wish the choices actually branched into different video segments instead of just changing the next line of text, but they won’t fix that. It’s like a gacha where the SSR pull is just a slightly longer stare. I’m still pulling though. The blonde therapist lady has me in a chokehold, and the whole thing feels like a cursed artifact you’d find on an old hard drive, which is apparently my exact kink now.

The series of erotic videoquests"The Sex Therapist" seems to be among your favorites since it has already got to it's eighth chapter by now yet as everything good it has to come to an end one day. And that means only that Jim, Abi and Natalia's by all means exicting adventures will get their final puzzle pieces thsi time and you hardly should be holding yourself from uncovering all the kinky details right here and now. Ofcourse the story goes on and it's strongly recommended to examine the former games from this series (which you can find on our website) so you could understand all the upcoming events. For example it is important to figure out where exactly Natalia got the information about the hotel, with whome Abi is chetaing Jim with and what was thier original plan after all.
