The cat blinks first. That's what I remember most from Toshiko's opening scene, not the girl herself but this fat orange tabby staring at you from a park bench like it knows exactly what kind of game you're playing. Oppai Games calls this a "quickie" and yeah, the name fits. You're not getting some sprawling epic here. It's a visual novel that wraps up faster than my last attempt at meal prep Sunday, which I abandoned halfway through because who has the energy.

The art style is deliberately simple but the character designs know where to focus your attention. Toshiko has this messy brunette bob cut and eyes that suggest she's either deeply philosophical or completely unhinged, maybe both. The dialogue choices push you toward getting uncomfortably close to a stranger way too fast, which in real life would get you maced but here it leads to a surprisingly tender encounter behind some bushes. The sex scene itself is rendered with more care than the rest of the game combined, which honestly makes sense given the priorities. There's something about the way her expression shifts from weird cat lady to genuinely vulnerable that caught me off guard.

The sound design is minimal, almost nonexistent really, just some ambient park noises that loop a bit too obviously. I kept hearing the same bird chirp every twelve seconds and it started feeling like psychological torture. But maybe that's intentional? The whole setup has this dreamlike quality where nothing quite makes sense, like why is she even talking to you, why does the cat seem to be judging your life choices. The branching paths are limited, two or three real decisions that change the flavor more than the outcome. I picked the option to ask about the cat first and got a completely different vibe than when I went straight for the flirt. The writing has these moments of genuine weirdness that I appreciated more than the actual porn, which is probably not what the developers intended but here we are.
