The loading screen image alone, man. This doctor has a chest situation that defies physics and I am completely here for it. The whole thing looks like someone took a medical fetish and just let it melt all over the screen, that specific glossy 3d look where the skin is so shiny it’s almost slippery. You’re not here for a deep plot about hospital administration, you’re here because the nurse is unbuttoning her top before you can even fill out your insurance forms.

I spent way too long on a single panel where the doctor is doing a paizuri, and her expression is this perfect mix of professional detachment and pure hunger. It’s a comic, so you click through, but the transitions are weirdly paced. One minute you’re getting a standard checkup, the next you’re sandwiched between two sets of massive tits and the anatomy makes no sense but it doesn’t need to. Thats the point. The breast expansion tag is there but it’s not a gradual thing, they just go from big to absolutely ridiculous in a way that made me snort out loud. The cumshot scene lands with the subtlety of a pie in the face.

I wish the threesome setup had more actual buildup, more of that lucky patient vibe where it feels like a fantasy and not just a sequence of acts. The nurse sort of fades into the background during the titfuck. But honestly complaining about character development in a porn comic called Lucky Patient 2 feels like complaining about the plot in a porno, you’re missing the forest for the trees. The forest being, you know, giant animated breasts. The dialogue bubbles are pure cheese, some real “oh no step-doctor” energy, and one of the sound effect texts simply says “GLORP” which is now my new favorite onomatopoeia.

The whole thing is a sticky, over the top mess and it knows exactly what it is.
