The whole thing feels like it was drawn on a phone during a particularly boring bus ride. Miley's face in the loading screen looks like someone described her from memory after seeing one music video in 2013. And yet. The limo interior has this gross gold trim that's so tacky it loops back around to being kind of perfect. The uniform on the cop character is just black pixels with a badge shaped smudge. I don't know why that works for me but it does.

The dress-up part is barely functional, you click things and sometimes the clothes change, sometimes they just vanish leaving her in this weird default underwear set that doesn't match anything. There's a police hat you can put on her that's twice the size of her actual head. It clips through the limo ceiling during the creampie animation. That made me laugh harder than anything in an actual comedy game this month.

Speaking of which the anal scene unlocked wrong for me, I clicked the uniform option and suddenly we're in a completely different position than what the thumbnail showed. Not complaining exactly, just confusing. The sound design is all wet slapping noises that don't sync up at all but they're so exaggerated it adds this slapstick quality to the whole thing. The celebrity parody angle is... well it's there if you squint. The tongue out expression she makes is the only frame that really captures the reference. Everything else could be any blonde in sparkly shorts. Oh and there's a moment where the cop's nightstick just floats beside his hand for like three clicks before snapping into place. Nobody tested this. I'm sure of it.

I wish there was more to the limo setting besides a static background. The windows are just black squares, no passing streetlights or anything. That's probably never getting updated and honestly it shouldn't be. The jank is the whole personality here. If you cleaned it up it'd just be another forgettable parody game. Instead it's this weird messy thing where Miley takes a creampie from a cop whose hat keeps phasing through the roof and somehow that's more memorable than half the polished titles I scrolled past to find this.
