The whole thing is a mess of janky RPG Maker assets and a plot so thin it evaporates if you think about it for two seconds. Naruto gets kicked out for not paying rent, Tsunade blew all the village funds on pachinko or whatever, and now they're roommates. Sure. The dialogue reads like it was run through three different translators and then someone just gave up halfway. Sakura's face keeps glitching during the teasing scenes, her eye will just slide off her cheekbone sometimes.

But here's the thing. The groping mechanics are actually kind of genius in how simple they are. You just click. You click on Ino during class, you click on Hinata in the hallway, you click on Tenten when she's trying to mind her own business near the training grounds. Each girl has this little patience meter that drains differently. Anko will straight up encourage you which caught me off guard the first time, I actually laughed. Shizune pretends she doesn't notice until she very much does. The sandbox structure means you can just ignore the stupid money plot entirely and focus on cornering Tsunade in her office while she's hungover. Her animations are surprisingly smooth for something that looks like a Newgrounds game from 2006. The way her chest moves when she's pretending to be annoyed, you can tell where all the effort went.

I wish the school setting mattered more. It's there in the tags but you spend maybe five minutes in an actual classroom before the game forgets it's supposed to be a parody and just becomes a series of escalating encounters. The male domination angle gets repetitive, every scene follows the same rhythm of reluctant moaning turning into enthusiastic participation. Would it kill them to have one girl actually stay mad? The vaginal sex scenes unlock way too late considering how much grinding you need to do with the teasing first. I spent forty minutes trying to get Sakura's affection high enough and then the payoff was like ten seconds of looping animation. Still replayed it though. The Tsunade route alone is worth ignoring how ugly the menu screens are.
